Kwams,
What are your reasoning?
Captaincy is one issue and team selection is another.
Bravo was selected by the ICC as one of the world's best 11 players recently and has been totally dispensed with?
I am not sure is these guys are despised because ply their trade for good money.
The WICB do not deny NOCs as they know tehy benefit financially.

Simple . We were losing with this lot . Why not give a different bunch a chance to lose?

Kwams,
It is the way things are done.
If you want to make change then do so in a structured, measured and phased manner to gain the maximum benefit and minimise the disruption.
I am sure you would appreciate how exposing players without the company of experienced players, even with average numbers, can affect their future especially after humiliating defeats!
One need to focus on the WICB's incompetences in creating this Indiangate problem and now reneging on no reprisals.
Someone sent the following to me a couple of days ago....
