there must be all kinds of diplomatic movement at lower and silent levels between all parties getting Modi in particular to see banana for the trees. they have to find a way to help Modi past and around his fanatics to have his best chance of keeping power.

The orbiter has since spotted the lander on the surface of the Moon - unbroken, but tilted on its side.

So far, scientists have not been able to establish contact with it.
