Australia scored 122/5 from their final 15 overs against India, including 89 runs from the final 10. By contrast, India struggled mightily over the final 15 overs, scoring 63/6.

dat Darwan fella seems as lunatic as Johnson Charles only somewhat better as a batsman. I saw him many stupid last night equal to Charles but get away with it..like walking down the pitch to an out swinger and playing inside of it and getting dropped.
I fell asleep at 50+ for none..got up at 80+ for 2 and fell asleep again at 90+ for 3..Kohli bowled of an edge. Indian cud have made a better game of it with some sensible batting. Darwan got lucky, got going ut that man is a walking wicket.
no matter what Darwan seems ready to give it up at any moment. he is like Johnson Charles in the ODI side opposed to Paint. Paint is supposed to be slower and so Charles has the spot. but Charles is an idiot and will leave at any time. not so Paint and who will be around for long. so build around Pain and stop wasting time with Johnson.
how long will India stick with Darwan. he shud have scored a ton last night

ESPN
published an article that took a look inside the last 15 overs of the World Cup that makes for an interesting read. They attributed the number of runs scored in the last 15 overs by teams batting first as a large part of the reason why there were so many one-sided matches.
Teams batting first in the last 15 overs scored 8.82 RPO, teams batting second scored 6.32 RPO.
Looking at the numbers, teams doubled their score after 30 overs almost 61% this World Cup. From November 2012 until the start of the World Cup, teams were doubling their score after 30 overs at just 39.5% and only 19% in the 2011 World Cup.

Yeah, timmy : most teams are pacing the ODI with T20 Finishers in the Late middle order.
We can see right thru it and calling on ICC to tweak those last 20 overs in a 50 over match !
Maybe the ability to ring 5 players on the Boundary Line and 1 inna de Stands ;D

Does TimmyJ understand that? ... just as it's difficult to understand what he posts .
At times one feels like repeating Dave Warner's comments ...

WTH ! ...this is my 6 :-\
I suggest allowing as many as six outside the circle in the last ten overs.
By allowing six fielders in the deep for the last 60 balls you'll automatically put extra pressure on the batsman to clear the fence,
Also, that might force the batting team to change their strategy of waiting for the last ten overs to cut loose....
