KP has responded to apparently conciliatory comments from the incoming ECB chairman, Colin Graves, by saying he wants to speak to the governing body about a potential England return. Graves suggested in a radio interview that if Pietersen was serious about appearing for England again, he should start playing county cricket.

KP needs to let it go. I cannot see England picking him again.
Plus he is in demand around the world for the various T20 tournaments and I am sure these would preclude him from playing a full county season.

ENG needs KP as much as he needs ENG .. given his comments in the past Big Bash commentary..... however we'll see how it all plays out :-\

After all the drama that as happened with Pietersen and English cricket, I would encourage him to quite international cricket. After writing his book about what he had gone through plus with all the names mentioned I don't think the other English cricketers will be so trusting of him.

Pietersen will get back in...over Moores dead body.
I see the incoming test is quite unlike skunt Downton. and Moores setting himself up to be fired with his recent power surge 'admitting' that the new chairman's words were taken out of context and the position on Kevin remains the same...'no way back in'
on that I expect to see Moore's broken and blood spattered body at some wayside soon, the victim of a second unceremonious firing for cricket incompetence and just plain stupidity.
I love it when head coaches end up hoisted on hooks of their own making. I like it when they are hoisted on hooks period
