When BCCI stepped in to resolve WICB-players dispute

On the eve of the first ODI against India the explosive nature of the West Indies cricketers came to the fore when players unhappy with last month's contract between the West Indian Players Association (WIPA) and the West Indian Cricket Board (WICB) threatened to boycott the match.

The threat forced the BCCI also to intervene in the matter and they held hectic parleys with their West Indies counterparts late on Tuesday night and again on Wednesday morning to make sure that the Windies team takes the field.

It is learnt that WICB conveyed to the players that if they resort to a strike it might have big ramifications on not just the players but also for West Indies cricket itself.

Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

Though the issue is far from settled, the players, some of whom play in the IPL and Champions League T20, didn't want to upset the bigwigs in BCCI. And that is the reason why they chose to take the field on Wednesday. While deciding to play Bravo has made it clear that their decision to play doesn't mean that they have agreed to the agreement signed by the WIPA with WICB which indicates that the last word on the controversy hasn't been heard yet. the BCCI  is ah skunt as usual using their big power to brow beat west indies players into acceptance..however temporary... of a nasty deal injurious of their best interests.

the BCCI is behind Skameron and his nastiness in west indies cricket..franchising west indies cricket etc.

no doubt  now that the BBC has turned west indies cricket into their personal  sartrap... into a point or laboratory of experimentation for the future of global cricket.  west indies is now a step child of cricket much like africa has been turned into a laboratory for all manner of social and biological experimentation by the west...WITH THE COLLUSION OF AFRICAN LEADERS AND ELITE CLASSES.

IT IS THE SAME IN THE WEST INDIES IN ALL AREAS OF LIFE.

THE BCCI CONTROL OF WEST INDIES CRICKET IS NOW A RACIST AND STINK ADDITION TO THE GENERAL SUPINE NATURE OF THE WEST INDIAN ELITES AND SOCIAL LIFE  IN BETRAYAL OF THE WEST INDIAN NATION.

AND IT IS FURTHER HUMILIATION THAT THE BCCI CAN JUMP IN AND FORCE THE WEST INDIAN PLAYERS TO ACT CONTRARY TO THEIR OWN BEST INTEREST BY WHAT MUST HAVE BEEN  THREATS TO RUIN THEIR CAREERS BY BCCI POWER.

THIS IS WHAT SKAMERON HAS REDUCED WEST INDIES CRICKET TO TOTAL HUMILIATION AND ADJUNCT STATUS TO INDIAN CRICKET

this is one reason why I posted those videos of Eritrea over under the Tree...the BAR thread...to demonstrate how a small nation can fight the whole world and live, develop a sweet and free and independent social life, free from the slavery of begging the west for food to live.  in fact to have kicked them out entirely with no possibility of getting back in

THE WEST INDIES ARE A DISGRACE, THE  TOTAL SUBSERVIENCE WE HAVE DEVELOPED REPRESENTED BY OUR ELITE LEADERSHIP CLASSES RELATIVE TO ANY POWER AT ALL THAT EXISTS IN THE WORLD.  ANY SUCH SOURCE OF POWER WANTS THE WEST INDIES, ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS TO PAY OUR ELITES AND THE REGION IS THEIRS.

IN CRICKET SKAMERON IS A TRAITOROUS DOG IN EXCELSIS..SO TOO IS WHINDS SKHINDS...EXCELLENT TRAITORS.

SKAMERON IS WORSE THAN HUNTER BEFORE HIM.  THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THOSE 2 IS LIKE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OBAMA AND BUSH JUNIOR. BUSH WAS A BULL IN A CHINA SHOP  ON A RAMPAGE, GLASS CRASHING EVERYWHERE.  OBAMA IS ON THE SAME RAMPAGE BUT YOU ONLY SEE THE DESTRUCTION AFTER HE HAS PASSED AND GONE.  HE IS SO SMOOTH YOU NEVER SEE OR HEAR ANYTHING CRASHING

NOTHING CAN CHANGE IN THE WEST INDIES UNLESS THE PEOPLE DEVELOP SOME SPINE.  ALL WEST INDIANS ARE LIKE THAT NOW..SUPINE..TOTALLY SUBSERVIENT TO POWER, TO WHITE SKIN AND ALL WITH STRAIGHT HAIR.  WE ARE BORN IN DISGRACE WITH NO CHANCE AT ALL TO RECLAIM OUR DIGNITY, TO BUILD A DECENT, INDEPENDENT LIFE THAT CORRECTS ALL OUR DEFECTS, OUR HISTORICAL EXPLOITATION AND GENERAL HUMILIATION, AND SET US FREE..AS LONG WE HAVE A NASTY, STINKING LOCHO AND DEPENDENT ELITE IN POWER

TOTAL EMASCULATION...THAT'S THE WEST INDIES.  WE NOW FACE OUR ERADICATION AS HUMAN BEINGS FOR WANT OF A LITTLE SPINE

Seems the Indians are the real power behind Windies cricket!

Would that be such a bad thing?

They might make it more financially viable and in turn, with players satisfaction, quality will improve.

But as Windies improve the Indians may want to fix things.....

Perhaps the most perplexing aspect of AT&T Stadium, otherwise known as “Jerry World,” is the glare from the sun that bursts through the windows and shines directly onto the field. Time and time again the glare has impacted players’ visibility during games, yet Jerry Jones refuses to make any changes to account for the sun.

Rather than install curtains, Jones has previously said he feels it’s a home-field advantage to have that type of stadium factor impacting games. Well, the glare ended up benefitting the Chiefs early into Thursday’s Thanksgiving game, as a pass from Dak Prescott to George Pickens fell incomplete, at least in part due to the impact of the sun’s glare.

SerenaThis batting performance by the West Indies in the second innings blew me away. I kept closing my eyes and then rubbing and opening them again and sat transfixed as I watch that unbelievable partnership between John Campbell and Shai Hope. What a magnificent performance by these two! It just goes to show that patience, determination and effort can go a long way to improve the performances of the West Indies team. Let us hope that this effort by West Indies batsmen would not be a one-off performance, but will be the beginning of a renewed effort to improve the performances of the team, going forward.(13.10.2025, 09:28)(09:28)0

"As a competitor, you want to be the starter. But I prepare to be the starter, I know I'm a starter in this league.

But you have to be able to be grateful for your role...my role right now is to assist Russ and Jaxson to be the best that they can be while preparing to be the best that I can be.
