some people still believe all the lies, while see how far ahead they have taken their knowldege of coconut in general.

coconut oil is the healthiest oil around and there has always been a conspiracy against it from the olive , canola and corn oil producers .

i think what ppl tend to forget is that in warmer climates.....the body is able to burn more of the food we ingest alot EASIER....

in a cold climate like North America....the food products tend to slodify alot faster and doesnt work through the body as easily....hence all of the issues we have medically.

anything is good for use..as long as its used in MODERATION.
