If the SOPs from March 2 evening are used, the PPP won by more than 15000 votes. If the Recount is used the PPP won by more than 15000 votes. Either way Dr Irfaan Ali is Guyana’s President. Granger is no longer President. He is a squatter. I will concede he is Guyana’s Chief Squatter and the Chief Rigger. But our President is Dr Irfaan Ali

The appeal filed by Misenga Jones against the decision of the Chief Justice is being heard at 3.00 pm today for case management. I look forward to the Chancellor, Justice Yonette Cummings-Edwards, presiding if Madame Justice is not on leave. This is a constitutional case of national importance and the public will no doubt be looking forward to the nation's best judicial minds presiding.

It seems to have become the norm that individuals and organizations that take actions or make statements which appear to be averse to the rigging agenda are subject to various kinds of attacks.
Recently, the vilest attacks have been directed towards Justice Claudette Singh, Chairman of the Guyana Elections Commission, presumably for the firm stance she has taken in rejecting the fraudulent reports presented and insisting that only the recount figures be presented to the Commission for the purposes of a declaration of final elections results.
While Commissioners may not always agree with the Chairman, she has always discharged her duties with professionalism, fairness and impartiality, and in keeping with the tenets of the Constitution and other legal provisions.
We unreservedly condemn these scurrilous attacks on the Chairman and call upon those engaged in such conduct, including senior members of the APNU+AFC, a contestant in these elections, to cease and desist from so doing.

A statement issued by the A Partnership for National Unity + Alliance For Change (APNU+AFC) Coalition yesterday outlined the clear position of their leader, de facto President David Granger that he will not be accepting any declaration based on the figures derived from the National Recount. This represents the most significant departure yet from prior commitments made by Granger...WHAT MORE NEEDS TO EB SAID? IF THE COURT SUPPORTS THEIR POSITION THEN ALL IS WELL, OTHERWISE GRANGER WILL NOT SHIFT AN DNO ONE CAN FORCE HIM TO DEMIT GOVERNMENT SINCE HE CONTROLS THE ARMY AND POLICE. IN EFEFCT ELECTIONS AN DTHEIR RESULTS MUST EITHER GO HIS WAY OR THEY BECOME MEANINGLESS.
