Appeal Court hearing on the dismissed case

all arguments heard .....new submission is Jagdeo vs Mingo heard by Reynolds.

decison will be handed down on Thursday July 30 at 10 : a.m

Hopefully this Bacchanal will be halted after 140 plus days since the Elections day !

CCJ issued a statement that e filing is available and they will HEAR urgent matters !

during their 2 month recess (august and september)

to fully re-open on October 5th !
