Derozan is not a 25million contract player - although the Lakers are hot on his trail and willing to offer him the max salary - they will lose big time!  Derozan cannot ...i repeat CANNOT lead a team to any victory. he only plays well when Lowry is on the floor.


Norman Powell aka Mr. Serious is a man HUNGRY to play this game called basketball. A second round draft pick with no promise of a contract...he will play like his life is on the line...point to prove...and if Derozan does leave...All focus will be on Powell.


1 respect for Lowry.....he noticed his shots were not going down and kept passing the ball, creating opportunities for his teammates to score...which is how you play strategically.


Raptors need to play 50x more rough, hard than the other team in order to stay in the game and keep the game in their favour.  if it wasnt for: JV, Bismack, Patterson, Joseph, Carrol...killing themselves practically on the court to survive...we would have lost that game.


having said that - Pacers did what they came to do...spilt the series in Toronto so that when they travel to Indiana - Pacers have a better chance of winning.

I had my crow for breakfast...seasoned with victory.

im nervous for them on thursday...i hope to God we take this series.

looks like when Toronto's defense is on tap they can shut down Indy...

then Indys defense cant shut down the Raps Guards and and front court at the same time.  so if they key on Lowry and DeRozan then Lowry can assist the front court to murder them inside.

I dont know that Indy has the power to win this series.  it does not look so but...

if the raps had one really good forward they could go a long way this play off. get one next season and for sure its championship

It was always thought that the raps would come in and sweep this series...but its the playoffs....indiana only needed to get in...after that they would just play "easy does it wins the race" game....


and that is what happened in game 1 and could have happened in game 2.....


this is why i am nervous for game 3. Indiana is chill on the court....saving themselves to bury raps after the half....meanwhile raptors are burning themselves before the half and then it seems they have to drink a tank of expresso to play after the half to stave off Indiana....
