JOHANNESBURG, South Africa, CMC – Leading West Indies batsman Darren Bravo has been controversially sent home ahead of the Tri-Nations Series in Zimbabwe.
The 27-year-old’s match/tour contract was cancelled by the West Indies Cricket Board after he was found in breach of the agreement, stemming from a tweet earlier this week that was deemed to have “denigrated†WICB president Dave Cameron.
Bravo, who was part of the camp in Potchefstroom, did not travel to Harare with the remainder of the squad on Saturday for the tournament running from November 14-27, and which includes the hosts and Sri Lanka.
He is set to leave here today for the Caribbean.

Jason Mohammed to replace Darren Bravo to join the squad for the upcoming one-day-international Tri-Nation series with Sri Lanka and hosts Zimbabwe. The 30-year old, right-handed batting allrounder, recently captained West Indies A Team in the 3-0 series win over Sri Lanka A in Sri Lanka. He was captain and one of the leading batsmen in the three-match series with scores of 105 not out, 58 and 14.
Bravo has been replaced due to inappropriate and unacceptable behaviour, which is contrary to his contractual obligations to the WICB...
Leg-spinner Devendra Bishoo has been named to replace off-spinner Sunil Narine who has withdrawn from the squad for personal reasons..."

Dinanath Ramnarine shared the letter Cameron sent to Bravo, scolding him for his actions.

Once again, another fiasco immediately before a West Indies tour.
The funny thing is, Cameron says the WICB's laws prevent a player from "using the media to bring the WICB into disrepute". But Bravo did not do this. The WICB is already in disrepute. Everyone knows the WICB is in disrepute. Bravo did not "bring" it into disrepute. It was already there.
Anyway, off the top of my head, these are all the people run out of town by the WICB over the past 10 years:
Lara, Sarwan, Gayle, Chanderpaul, Sammy, Pollard, Jerome Taylor, Kirk Edwards, Rampaul, Dwayne, Darren. And that's not including coaches.

flutes, whistles. trumpets..musical instruments making wonderful sounds are indeed the content of phantasy. the phantastic always report hearing them in there wonderings..such tesl of of may pipers often not pied..even of a py-bus or two, actually singing and dancing in their magic.
not sooprised you heer pan in your musing ketchim...not at all. hearing pan with no steeel band in sight, is well in keeping with your general wondering through these pages.
your phantasm is a complete thing. one of the few flawless poster expressions on this board, next to a 'coke and a bag of kriss' as a good holding lunch untill you get to dinner..or the diner later on
it doh get better than dat..pan coke and kriss. you cud not nake dat up! ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL::

skameron is king, a west indian untouchable. the wicb above the law, outside normal consideration and general discipline.
the wicb be can do as it pleases..a factor of ketchim's phantasm. no doubt skam hears his music too, in his background. maybe ketchim can tell us whether Skam's muzak is Marley, Big Yute or Toots and the maytals

Whilst true, his comments were ill advised.
That said, this is behaviour we are used to from the WICB.
Bravo should become a kolpak and play in the county circuit, where I am sure he would be in demand.
Also adjust his game and play T20 club cricket.
