he West Indies players have said the WICB was responsible for the decision to pull out of their ongoing tour of India because of a dispute over the payment structure. In a letter to WICB president Dave Cameron, West Indies captain Dwayne Bravo wrote the players were "disheartened and extremely disappointed" that the board had decided to engage with the West Indies Players Association (WIPA) despite the players' instruction not to do so with regard to discussions on their behalf.
The failure to heed the players' appeal and to find a resolution to the payment-structure dispute, which the players felt left them disadvantaged, was a "grave injustice," according to Bravo and had left to the decision to abandon the tour after the fourth ODI in Dharamsala.

Bravo and the players want their cake and eat it too.
When things are going in their favor and WIPA battling for them, they want WICB only to deal with WIPA.
When things are not in their favor, they want to deal directly with WICB cause they think WIPA is screwing them. And they complain to WICB to ask for help to "fix" WIPA!!
hahahahahahahahahahahahhahaha!!
I don't think anyone can write a better comedy script!!!

Three words Googs. Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Again, the players have been badly advised in this whole fiasco. They would do well to fork up some cash and get some real good solid independent legal advice before writing another letter or opening their mouths.

Who knows?
But this is not the way (legal way) for the players to handle the situation. If they have a case of breach of trust against their Union then by the terms of the CBA and labour laws they have bring a case before an arbitrator for adjudication against WIPA.
