Sars had to endure a lot during his time and he is still affected mentally by all that has transpired

Ketch,
I am a Sarwan fan but I think there is a stress issue and a weakness issue and I think Sars fits into the latter category, and I do not mean to offend anyone.
Sars has had years to recoup and he seems lost. I do not condone his treatment but if you do not have the fortitude to re-emerge then that person has an issue.
Tres clearly did have a stress issue and he gave up. That said he became very prolific at domestic Cricket, vastly prolific. Something Sarwan has not done.
Sarwan has to take ownership and his commitment and I think on both counts he fails miserably.

Sarwan dont have domestic cricket available .
Caribbean contests are like 20 days per year .
Local cricket in Guyana is not a challenge .
Sarwan is NOT lucky to be in England ....so he bears his chafe ...

Without any meaningful Games at home , I did not expect him to show up in English conditions and Pass .
Leicester should have thought about that ...

Ketchy,
I want him to succeed as much as you do but you really do need to accept his failings.
IA he will do better.

Because I am sure it will happen to other players ..
the Board has got to change its attitude of badgering players int Failures.
Kirk Edwards , Captain of Barbados was sent home .
I am sure his performance will be affected in the future !
