the industry is small - and i dont know what the future holds so i cannot bad talk them
actually there is nothing to talk bad about.
i got alot of benefits from working here.

well what are the reasons ppl leave for a job?
1) disgruntled
or
2) found a new oppourtunity
i think exit interviews are pointless
