We can literally track the movements of the people who founded the MesoAmerican civilization. They did not come from across the Atlantic Ocean. They came from the North West, the complete opposite direction. Unless Africans were living in Japan and Siberia thousands of years ago, and had magical DNA, they did not get anywhere near Mesopotamia.
Here's an excerpt from a recent scientific study on mitochondrial genomes which states this explicitly: "The Indigenous haplogroups (present in Mesopotamia) are A2, B2, C1, D1, and D4h3a. All of these descend from a founding population that split from Northern Eurasian lineages 25,000 years ago and remained stranded in Beringia for 6000 years before starting to colonise the Americas, 16,000 years ago."
So Van Sertima is utterly wrong.
The claim that the "Jews have weather controlling machines" is similarly madness. The idea that the elites have technology to "upload their consciousness into machines" is science fiction fantasy. The idea that 5G towers are erected to "control people" is moronic. The idea that there is a plot to "clone people" is laughable. And falling sperm rates - which won't have a discernible effect for countless centuries - has nothing to do with a sinister plot initiated by Jews.
