yeah Belle, I curried it. Cut it in small pieces and bunjal like I would bunjal chicken. Just felt like it and I enjoyed it so much that I would do it again.

Ketch - you are so correct about kaloungie, it is curried.....but I haven't made that in over 30 years!!
Mese - sliced, I always 'fry' it with saltfish.
have to try bunjal it as it sounds really good like that.......no saltfish though.....maybe with some large-sized shrimps or even chunks of fish.

I like Hakka too.....but no good restaurant in my area.
and I refuse to go all the way to Scarberia for it.
Nargis....where is royal jasmine?
hopefully not downtown Tdot.

great!!
Mississauga is definitely doable.
have to get the gang together and check it out.
tomorrow 12 of us are going to Casino Niagara.
will be my first time there. apparently they have a really good dinner buffet with lots of seafood on Saturday.
one from our group celebrated his 65 this past Wednesday and he and wife are going to see a show at casino Niagara and then we are all going for dinner.
it's a good group of Guyanese and Trinis and some of us have been friends for over 35years!!
