I studied in a school wherein teachers are not that professional and sometimes they take things personally. There was a debate wherein the teacher give grades to students so why not students might as well give grades to their teachers?

In my opinion, students should be allowed to grade their teachers so that the school board will be aware of what kind of teacher a certain individual is and how are the students being treated. However, the grading system should not be fully used against the teacher and if there are any cases of complaints, the school board should still investigate for that matter.

What about you? What are your thoughts about this?

If I am a good student and you are a lazy teacher and not giving the right grade to the right person, Why would I let you grade me? Just because you are the teacher? Well if you are performing well, you don't have a problem with students grading you. But i you are those teachers who bully your students, then maybe you'll be having a problem about you being graded by your students.

In my college if we're not happy with a teacher then we make sure to complain to the head of department so that something can be done. Unfortunately when we did have to this, we were just told to deal with it. I think we should be able to grade teachers to be honest as it is our education and futures on the line and if the teacher is not up to standard then they should not be teaching really

I think that's not a bad idea but it should be in very systematic way. There should be on printed form with rules clearly mentioned. The emphasis should be on studies and teaching methods and nothing personal unless really serious issue is there.

Intelligent point you came up with here. The educational system has grown to a level where the students should be allowed to give their own assessment of their teachers. This is quite easy on the part of the students as they easily know those teachers impacting a great deal of knowledge on them.

Before they are called dull because they couldn't make or pass a course I believe there own assessment of the teacher prior to such academy tragedy should be considered.
