Today's lunch

it's raining and cold

it really sucks being indoors when the day is so beautiful.
15C and sunny.....feels much warmer because of the sun.

and when i am leaving at 5.....the sun is gone and it is much colder :angry:

nah I will keep fast until tomorrow lunch. still have my figure 8 intact  ::lol::

spinach salad with dried cranberryes and slivered almonds

and this really good rice crackers that i got at costco
