i really like salads at lunch time

anything heavier and i get the 'itis' in the afternoon

whole wheat veggie/tuna wrap
mixed beans salad (wonder if i will be very gassy all afternoon?)  ::LOL::

and it was very delish

Left over Cook up , mutton curry and chowmein from Sunday !  ;D

allyuh hush!  I ent eat yet.  I have nutten to eat.  no food.  there is no real food out there to eat.  the organic store empty.
