Well if thats what you think fine. I don't see how it empowered our xi since I don't think we showed any improvement afterwards. It was a personal achievement for Lara and that's all. I am happy he got it back and that a West Indian has it but I don;t think he should have gone after the record at the time. Team comes first.

At what point did you think going for a win was pointless? We bowled them out for 285 I think in first innings and had them five down at the end. We don't know what would have happened if we hand another session and a half or two sessions. Look, you already said the record was more important. I happen to think trying to win should have been more important.
