get some green skin hot pepper..and chop them fine and mash into those sardines.  add a lil more olive oil if necessary. 

yuo can add chopped tomatoes as well

eat on any kind of crackers and toasted bread Tongue Tongue Tongue

cooking sardines is trouble.  you go kill it..stick to pan an' ting.  the only way I see heat on sardines is to heat up coconut oil to smoking, then pour it on the sardines

don't heat up olive oil on a fire.  that will kill the oil and turn it into harmful for your belly :Smile :Smile :Smile

Hey.....I cooked karaila yesterday too!!

wid salt fish

and eaten with dhall and rice......the Guyanese way!!


plus I cooked a big pot of chicken soup....wid sweet potato, green plantain, celery, some carrots and barley.....wid plenty of onion, garlic and ginger!!

man oh man.....it was really good.
the grandsons could not stop eating

having some leftovahs for dinner tonight
