Tage is not a lot like Shiv...He's EXACTLY like Shiv. He a clone of the great man... haters...go load up on the prozac... this kid has the makings of a GREAT BATSMAN.

he's 17 years old and batting against WI pacers bowling 90+ mph... I'm just happy he can actually still hang in there... he has to bat for long periods... runs and the shots will come... the kid comes from good stock... he wants to play at the highest level...you can tell

Tage Chanderpaul has the right temperament! But being overly defensive means he'll be leaving a lot of runs at the wicket.
That 42 should have been a 52.
But you are dead right---Lil Shiv looks like a carbon copy of Big Shiv.
I have always said---Shiv could have scored at least 500-600 more runs in tests had he scored just 2 more runs from ever 100 balls he faced.
Tage has just started---the boy could bat---would like to see him adopt a more positive approach---too much blocking and eventually a good spinner will nail you---we just saw narine nail Tage.
