The 1st T20I is on January 19 with the second on January 21 and the third a day later.
Sampson will play alongside country mates Gudakesh Motie Shamar Joseph, and Shimron Hetmyer, all of whom are making their return to the team.
Speaking to this newspaper ahead of his debut tour the 2025 Caribbean Premier League Break-Out star said, “I wasn’t really expecting the call so early to be honest, and it is an amazing feeling to get a West Indies call up. It is something I always wanted, to be a part of and a team I always wanted to represent. It is really an amazing feeling for me. One of the things I’ve being working on is my patience, how to construct an innings and how to deal with certain situation when it arrives while batting.”
According to Sampson, it is a dream come through for him.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.
