England have left out Jonny Bairstow, Moeen Ali and Chris Jordan from their white-ball squads for the upcoming series against Australia. All three were recently part of the setup at the T20 World Cup, where England lost to India in the semifinal. Their omission has made way for five uncapped players in the T20I squad - Jordan Cox, Jacob Bethell, Dan Mousley, Josh Hull and John Turner - all of whom have impressed at various levels in the domestic circuit.
England's regular white-ball captain Jos Buttler and premier pacer Jofra Archer will also be back in action. Buttler has fully recovered from the calf injury that kept him out for the entirety of The Hundred whereas Archer, whose workload for Southern Brave was monitored, looks set to play his first ODI since March 2023.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.
