West Indies international Fabian Allen has been mugged at gunpoint while competing in South Africa’s domestic T20 franchise competition.

The 28-year-old cricketer from Jamaica is in the country playing for Paarl Royals in the SA20 league, and was left shaken after being the target of a random attack outside a team hotel in Johannesburg.

Allen was confronted by thugs armed with guns outside the Sandton Sun Hotel, who took his phone, bag, and other personal belongings, according to Cricbuzz.
