Darren Bravo’s participation in this year’s Cricket West Indies Four-Day Championship was thrown into serious doubt yesterday after he pulled out of the North/South Classic which starts today at the National Cricket Centre.

Last week Bravo was announced as captain of the North team that will defend their title against a South side led by Imran Khan.


However, both North coach Vinod Maharaj and Trinidad and Tobago Red Force chairman of selectors David Furlonge confirmed yesterday that Bravo had made himself unavailable for the match, just as he did for last week’s three-day Red Force practice match
