Lack of discipline

Thank goodness I limit myself to watching just IPL and CPL. Otherwise, I would have lost more friends due to the amount of “cuss out from me “

I keep repeating that if we don't institute the same levels of discipline that were present in the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s, there will never be successful cricket teams. Athletes must maintain discipline in all aspects of their lives, and this includes mandatory participation in club, country, and regional cricket. Players should only be allowed to join other leagues once they have been released by their respective teams.

Regular fitness, drug, and alcohol tests should be conducted to ensure only the fittest and most deserving players are selected.

Military style camping should be done at least for two consecutive weeks prior to tournament and must be mandatory for all selected. No one should leave their hotel room after diner (8PM) until tournament is finished. Wives and girlfriends must stay away until tournament is finished.

Train them like race horses lol
