Following the Cricket West Indies Professional Cricketers Draft on Thursday,
the Harpy Eagles 15-man was announced, boasting six players
under the age of 25, two of whom are currently
part of the national Under-19 team.

“We’re trying to groom players from early,”
Sarwan told News Room Sport on Thursday evening.

“We want players to understand what it means to operate in a
professional environment from a young age,
for them to develop that mindset,
which can serve to enhance their cricket,
as well as Guyana and West Indies cricket.”

on the direction of the franchise and the corresponding objectives,

You think WI administration gives a damn about the state of WI cricket and its improvement? They are still sneaking in players of their liking and disregarding players with consistent performance. How did Bryan Charles get called up and not Permaul?
Permaul was second leading wicket taker in the recently concluded WI championship while Charles finished 4th on the table.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.
