Just confirmed today that Sussex have signed Jayden Seales for the first 3 months of the 2023 English county season

Would love to see more West Indians who don't have franchise deals get county moves (Bonner, Da Silva etc) but overseas spaces are limited so it will always be unlikely

Essentially in red ball cricket, this is the only real way we can improve our players

It really highlights just how good Jayden Seales is that an English county have signed him up as an overseas player aged just 21

In recent years it has tended to be vastly experienced WI players who have got overseas deals (Roach, Chanderpaul, Gabriel etc)
