I would not discard Brathwaite as captain automatically. Holder probably would be indispensable in the team in the all-rounder's spot. There is a strong case for saying to Holder, 'come back, don't have the pressures of captaincy on you.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.
