Powell is a weak link as an opener
Lewis is untested in international cricket as a open red cherry bowler !
Hope and Dowrich are both glove men !
Bishoo will have to bowl 100 overs

I would play Keemo for one of Hope/Dowrich as a Bowling all rounder
AND have Chase share that 100 overs of off spin with Bishoo leg spin.

Gabe, Lewis,Holder and Keemo as quicks and medium.
Chase and Bishoo with Spin : Braff can turn he hand after 600 runs on the tins ~

IF Shai Hope can Open an Inning, then both him and Dowrich play
to shore up the Batting with 7 bowlers available.
of course Powell will have to warm the Bench !
methink he still suffering from PieBus....Itis !
