KARACHI: In a recently published video on his twitter account, former West Indies batsman Darren Ganga can be seen playing cricket on streets of Karachi.
Ganga who had played 48 Test matches from West Indies, was seen edging and driving a tennis ball near West’s Azeem Plaza in Karachi, as bike riders kept on disturbing the play. Meanwhile, a small crowd was cheering and applauding his shots.
The West Indian former player wrote on Twitter that this was such a “joy to play street cricket in Garden West, Azeem Plaza, Karachi… Pakistan’s cricket is strong & the passion for the game incomparable. WI v PAK T20s soon!!”

Ganga came to Pakistan as a part of Pakistan Super League (PSL) commentary team and will also do commentary during upcoming Pakistan-West Indies T20 series in Karachi.
