Afghanistan suffered their second defeat in as many games
and can afford no slip-ups against Nepal and Hong Kong
if they are to make the Super Sixes

The result left Zimbabwe well placed to progress from Group B
having won two out of two matches along with Scotland.

Best thing that can happen for long term World Cup expansion is West Indies or Afghanistan not making 2019 World Cup. Both of them qualifying justifies the ICC/TV broadcaster stance to keep it to 10 teams. If one or both miss out on 2019 World Cup, will force rethink for 2023.
