Chris Gayle may have played a one-day cricket international in New Zealand for the final time.
The self-proclaimed World Boss sat out the West Indies' heavy second ODI loss to the Black Caps with illness and Windies captain Jason Holder said they aren't sure whether the 38-year-old will take to the field in the final match of the series on Boxing Day.
"You know he's at that age in his career where we just wanna give him the best chance to prolong his career, but you know we've got to be smart about things when it comes to peoples heath."
Gayle is in the West Indies squad for the three match Twenty20 series that follows the ODIs
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.
