New Delhi, Dec 10 (ANI): Sri Lanka defeated India in the first ODI by seven wickets in Dharmshala on Sunday. Indian batting line-up led by skipper Rohit Sharma crumbled in front of Sri Lankan pacers especially Sangram Lakmal who took 4 wickets giving away just 13 runs. Sri Lanka opted to bowl first after winning the toss and restricted India to a mere total of 112. Former captain MS Dhoni was the only batsman from Indian side to score a respectable half century 65 (87). Sri Lankans easily chased down the target by losing only three wickets and 30 overs to spare. It is India’s third biggest defeat when it comes to balls remaining for the other side to chase the target.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.
