Is there anyone out there who be able to devise a rescue plan to test cricket as it relates to West Indies Team's capabilities? I am so tired of seeing and hearing the team's demise in series after series. When they play, I feel like I would want to bury my head in the sand like an ostrich but It wouldn't be easy to because no matter what, I would still love to see them win a series. I have been waiting for the change but that seems to be like a never-ending saga.

The troubles that WICB are having have been well documented, not only on here but across pretty much every form of cricketing media out there. There as been a long list of people saying what they think as gone wrong, what they need to do to put things right, and what direction they need to take to rescue the situation. I've commented myself that the time for talking and blaming and shaming needs to end and, something positive needs to be put in place. Not just in words but in actions.
While I don't know enough about the intricacies of the WICB to say what will and what won't work, I'm not naive enough to just think it's a matter of ripping everything up and starting again, there does need to be an end to this madness because people are starting to lose all interest (and hope) that it will ever be fixed. Apathy as started to set in and I think that's what the WICB want because if people stop caring, they can carry on doing what they are doing without any form of resistance.

Cricket like all other things is a mental game! When your mental approach is right everything is within your reach, because thinking is a critical skill using brain matter, while most of our current crop of cricketers are using their feelings to guide them, which in any game in life can be a very critical mistake, therefore we need to revisit the Rudy Webster approach i.e. Psychological.

Superb display. Very young team but showed great composure . Stick with this team. While Singh may not have made many runs just to see his massive disappointment at getting out in the second innings I thought was a sign of how much he wants to succeed. For far too long we have being looking at the so called stars giving away their wickets easily and then showing not a care in the world. Congrats
