England's ODI tour to the West Indies will be conducted under the guidance of assistant coach Paul Farbrace with the ECB keen to give Trevor Bayliss a break.
The tour is a relatively brief one with England set to play three ODIs at the beginning of March 2017 but the ECB will allow Bayliss to spend this time with his family in Australia.
The series comes right off the back of the very long visit to India, with England set to play five Tests, three ODIs and three T20Is in India wrapping up the tour on February 1st.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.
