The Trinidad and Tobago Cricket Board (TTCB) has forwarded its joint report with the Queen’s Park Cricket Club to the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) in the aftermath of the abandonment of the fourth and final Test match between the West Indies and India at the Queen’s Park Oval two weeks ago.
The loss of most of the opening day and all four succeeding days of play had led to the International Cricket Council (ICC) match referee Ranjan Madugalle giving the ground a “poor†rating. In an August 24 release, the ICC stated that the WICB had been given 14 days to provide a response.
Two days before (August 22), the WICB had announced that the TTCB and the Queen’s Park Cricket Club (QPCC) had launched an investigation into the matter and would report back to the regional body.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.
