Talk Nah !
97.2
Gabriel to Ashwin 149 kph, glum expressions on the wicketkeeper's faces as he drops a catch
Full, inviting the drive, Ashwin goes after it gleefully and the thick edge goes through
at a comfortable height to Dowrich. He was moving to his right, towards the line of the ball
which seems to change as it swings in for some reason

Can almost hear Dinesh Ramdin muttering after that drop:
"Yeah Browne, select nah!"
Funny how a man's career is reduced to one moment.
But to be fair, Dowrich had a good day behind the stumps yesterday,
against the bouncer barrage. Moved his feet nicely towards the ball,
ironically here that was the reason for his grassing the chance.

Rahat to Vince, entices the drive....this time wicket-keeper Sarfraz bags the catch!
His bat hit the floor but Snicko suggests there was a thin feather of bat, too
Vince c †Sarfraz b Rahat Ali 18 .

While there is a quick break in the cricket, I thought I would take a look at the drop catch percentage for various wicketkeepers. The findings were slightly surprising.
Denesh Ramdin has a career Test drop catch rate of 9.43% (192 catches, 20 drops). For comparison, Bairstow, one of the weaker glovemen in the game today - has a drop catch rate of 8.96%.
A few other names and numbers (the lower the % better):
Sarfraz Ahmed: 17.86%
Prior: 10.82%
Dhoni: 9.89%
Haddin: 6.50%
de Kock: 6.06%
Boucher: 5.33%
Watling: 4.62%

Chair , yuh rale slow at the wheel :-[
143.6
Paint to Saha, OUT, stumped, it would seem. Saha ran down the track, is beaten
in the flight, the ball sneaks through bat and pad, and Dowrich whips the bails off.
The square leg umpire asks for a second opinion and it comes down in red.
Drift, dip and turn, for a part-time spinner.
Saha st †Dowrich b Paint 40
