President of the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB), Dave Cameron yesterday paid a courtesy call to Minister of State, Joseph Harmon at the Ministry of the Presidency.
According to a press release from the Ministry of the Presidency, Cameron was accompanied by Secretary of the Guyana Cricket Board and Director of the WICB, Anand Sanasie and discussed matters related to the functioning of the WICB.
According to the release, Harmon inquired about preparations for the Tri-Nation Series that begins tomorrow at the Providence National Stadium and was told by Sanasie that approval had been granted for Guyana’s 50th Independence Anniversary logo to be placed on the field of play. The logo will be visible internationally during the broadcast of the matches.
The West Indies, South Africa and Australia cricket teams have already arrived in Guyana.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.
