Jamie Harrison, president of the Maryland Youth Cricket Association, has been appointed by the International Cricket Council to the USA Cricket National Advisory Group (Participation).
The National Advisory Groups will work directly with the new USA Project Manager, who will be based in Colorado Springs.
Harrison said, "Increasing cricket participation numbers in the United States must be the number one priority of the next governing body, and I'm excited to have an opportunity to contribute to the conversation in such a meaningful way."
"The next year will be an exciting time of change and renewal, and now, with structures coming online to manage that process, we can begin to take concrete action to ensure that cricket in America lives up to its potential."
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

USA cricket has been "committeed" to death over the years and nothing's been
accomplished. To be seen if these groups come up with anything meaningful.
Intreresting that Jamie Harrison, who's long been an outspoken critic of the ICC and its role in USA cricket, is
now in bed with them.
