Since Mail and I were discussing the brilliance of Mustafizur Rahman in the IPL thread, I thought I would share this rather timely piece penned by S Rajesh documenting the historic rise of Mustafizur. His numbers, albeit in a small sample size, are outrageous:
Incredibly, since he made his international debut, Mustafizur has the lowest bowling average in T20 cricket, the third lowest economy rate and third most wickets. He has really excelled at the death, taking 25 wickets at an average of 12.25 and an economy rate of 6.82.

He has continued to excel in this years IPL and I am excited to see more of him in the T20 Blast this summer. It's a shame that Hampshire were unable negotiate a contract for him instead of signing Afridi. This was a real coup for Sussex.
The youngster recently caught the eye of Dale Steyn, who compared his x-factor to that of Wasim Akram:

His four over spell against the Kings XI Punjab was as good as it gets. Watch it and marvel. Too good.
