I cut down my run up as the years progressed.

Never needed it !

The TRICK was to open my STRIDES longer :-[

It was a visiting Coach that alerted me.

We had quite a few in Guyana back in the early days.

Randolph Ramnarace whom I credit with inventing the reverse swing

Methink Colin Cowdrey agreed and got him a CAP for ROW

bowling in tandems with Peter Pollock and Wes Hall

and the guy I loved to play was Rupert Gomes swung like a Hammock. ;)
