TRINIDAD and Tobago Red Force coach Gus Logie has been highly critical of the team’s performance in the final round of the WICB Professional Cricket League (PCL) on Monday. Not only did the Red Force begin the day well out of contention for the top spot, but were drubbed by the Volcanoes who coasted to a seven-wicket win at the National Cricket Centre, in Couva. The result saw the Twin Island Republic finish in fourth spot.“I think disappointing is a nice word to use. This is as frustrating as it can get. We’ve tried everything possible to make sure that players are comfortable so they can perform,†Logie said.
“We came into this game knowing that a win would have (gotten) us to third spot,†he added. “It’s frustrating to see the lack of pride, the lack of fight from some of our players, especially the last two games,†he added.
“Two weeks ago we talked about seeing maturity in some of the players and (now), if you look at the way we got out in the middle, it was just embarrassing,†said Logie.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

Crossing threads again.
As I mentioned I am reminding you of your view that winning the regional four day tournament means nothing when the Guyanans languished at the bottom of the table.
I defer to your superior knowledge Sir.

False reminder as you once again use a quote from another thread, in another context here, hence my response.
I did not even read the Logie article, so I neither agree nor disagree.
You might be best advised to keep threads separate Sir.

I cannot understand why Rayad Emrit is not in a W.I. squad.
He is a very good and smart Cricketer that should be in at least the ODI squad

May be they see Cooper, Polly , Brabits , Sunil et al getting rich in a 3 hour GAME
4 Days appear to be burdensome .

Quite so perhaps you can elucidate and be precise how I have breached this principle in this instance.
I am sure you will come back with your usual rubbish so I would let you have the last say...
