It is good news to hear that the current situation involving JADCO and Andre Russell over his whereabouts violation will not restrict him from the T20 World Cup. If he was to be restricted from the tournament it would be another critical blow to the team after it had lost the services of Pollard, Bravo, and Narine. However, Russell still faces the possibility of a two-year ban which could be handed down by Jadco after deliberations into the matter.
I hope that the results of the deliberations will be favourable to Russell.

This issue has become very critical for Russell's career. Not following the doping rules will land him in big trouble; but at least he has been allowed to play for the World T20. West Indies will require his all round services if they intend to be a strong contender, since they have already lost a few key players.

Quite a relief to hear that. He is certainly an entertaining player in the shorter format. Besides like the OP said WI already misses services from talented players like Pollard, Bravo who are quite the starts in leagues like IPL and CPL. I hope he is forgiven and is the 2 year ban is not imposed.
