Justin Guillen a superb 146 for Queen’s Park.
Queen’s Park captain Justin Guillen continued his prolific form with the willow when he cracked 146 runs against PowerGen on day two of their TTCB Premiership clash at the Queen’s Park Oval, Port-of-Spain, yesterday.

Resuming on 65 not out, Guillen added another 81 runs which helped his team to 369 all out in reply to PowerGen’s first inning score of 206. At the close of play PowerGen batting a second time was replying strongly on 76 for one.

Guillen’s knock was the cornerstone of the Parkites effort and came in 260 minutes of 201 balls with 21 fours and a six. Also, among the runs was spinner Sunil Narine, who cracked an unbeaten 59 off 102 balls with three fours and Javon Searles 41 of 115 balls with three fours as well. Guyanese spinner Royston Crandon was the pick of the PowerGen bowlers with 6/101.

Spinner Kissoondath Magram then turned the screws on Tableland to bowl them out for 191. He finished with 5/73, as the consistent Akiel Copper carved out 58 for Tableland. Left with get 97 runs for victory Clarke Road closed on 45 without loss.

ChristinaIt is time for a full evaluation and accountability to the people of this region for the disastrous batting performance of the West Indies Cricket Team. We cannot disregard what all of us witnessed and endured in the last three test matches. This is not about our players, administrators, or any individual; it is an entire system that is failing, and together, all of us must fix it now. This cannot continue into another series; we must not allow it to.(15.07.2025, 15:52)(15:52)0
