23 years ago today, West Indies skittled Pakistan out for 43 - the lowest one-day total at the time. Admittedly, that Cape Town pitch was a shocker, but Courtney Walsh tore through a Pakistan team that combined for 6 ducks. Extras (10) was the second highest score of the innings.

What makes this performance by the West Indies even more impressive is they skittled out this same Pakistan team for 71 the previous month.
These two matches really highlighted the depth of the West Indies fast bowling at that time. In the first match, their bowling attack consisted of Ambrose, Bishop and Benjamin, while the second match featured Patterson, Walsh and Cummins.

The West Indies ODI side in 1993 was a juggernaut. They lost just 8 of the 30 matches and had a 67% winning percentage. They were also undefeated in the 7 Test matches they played that year.
Pakistan didn't fair much better in the Test arena against West Indies in 1993, either. They lost the first Test by 204 runs at Port of Spain, despite bowling West Indies out for 127 in the first innings (West Indies responded by bowling Pakistan out for 140 and 165) and then got creamed in Bridgetown, succumbing to a 10 wicket hammering.
Of all the matches West Indies played in 1993, perhaps none will be more remembered than their 1 run win at the Adelaide on Australia Day. That was a match for the ages.

I was looking over the team scores from all of the ODIs played in 1993. Six teams were dismissed for 100 runs or less - West Indies were responsible for 4 of those instances.
The six teams bowled out for 100 or less in 1993
Pakistan for 43 vs West Indies.
South Africa 69 vs Australia.
Pakistan 71 vs West Indies
Sri Lanka 98 vs South Africa
Zimbabwe 99 vs West Indies
India 100 vs West Indies
