Rabada strikes. The ball keeps low, Hales caught on the back foot and his disappointing series concludes. Not much he could do about that.

What a catch off his own bowling by Morkel. A brilliant bit of fielding. They either stick or they don't. Cook is out and England are in real trouble. 8/2.

A beauty of a delivery from Rabada gets Compton to edge one through to the keeper. What a delivery. Compton somehow calls for a review. No idea why. That was a big nick. Bizarre. It's all going wrong for England. Rabada with 9. England 18/3. Had ABdV declared earlier, there might be a chance this one would be over by the close of play

England came into this series with question marks surrounding Hales, Compton and Taylor. They have won the series despite the three combining for 543 runs at an average of 24.
It's a testament to Stokes, Root and Bairstow with the bat, and Broad, Finn and Stokes with the ball, that England have won this series.

A big missed stumping opportunity there. Piedt with a beauty of a delivery, Root way out of his ground, de Kock can't grab the ball and Root survives.

Got to love Dean Elgar's enthusiasm. He's appealed for one that wouldn't have hit a fifth stump and then gone up for one that might have cleared a second set of stumps down the leg side.
