Pakistan win the toss and have decided once again to bat first. Bad news for England. Not only will Pakistan look once again to keep England in the field for a long period of time and post another big first innings total but Yasir Shah will get to bowl in the fourth innings. This could be another long day for England, even more so for Ben Stokes who is still dealing with a dicky tummy.

Moeen Ali gets a much needed breakthrough. Hafeez gets a thick edge onto his pads and Jonny Bairstow takes a very smart catch at short leg. Prior to that, Pakistan had made batting look very easy. 51/1.

Jonny Bairstow with an absolute blinder of a catch at short leg to dismiss Shoaib Malik for just 2. He showed the reflexes of a cat to parry the ball off his chest and then make a brilliant diving catch! 58/2.

Jimmy strikes with the first ball after lunch. A great start and the much needed wicket of Shan Masood who was looking in good touch. No idea what on earth prompted him to call for a review, mind. Pakistan 86/3.

100 up to Misbah ! shabash
89.4 Ali to Misbah-ul-Haq, 2 runs
89.3
Ali to Misbah SIX, going, going... clears the front leg and hammers another six over long-on!
He's floored the pedal of the tuk tuk in the final over of the day and is now roaring towards a hundred
Misbah is definitely going for this
89.1
Ali to Misbah-ul-Haq, SIX, tossed up on the stumps and this goes all the way, low base and walloped over deep square leg!
He's into the 90s

Pakistan again looking like they are going to post a 500+ first innings score as they did in Abu Dhabi. A fantastic stat on the broadcast this morning revealed that of Misbah's 9 Test centuries, 6 have yielded 102 or fewer runs. He doesn't hang around for long after notching a ton, does he?

A brilliant last 20 or so minutes for England as they have put themselves back into the match, dismissing Pakistan for 378. At 330/5, Pakistan looked for all the world as though they would post another 500+ total. All the England bowlers chipped in with Mo and Wood leading the way with 3 wickets a piece.
