Spin bowling great Abdul Qadir has tipped Yasir Shah to match Saeed Ajmal's exploits as Pakistan look to inflict another heavy loss on England in the upcoming three-match Test series.
The 29-year-old Yasir, who has led Pakistan's spin attack in the absence of Ajmal, has picked up 61 wickets in only 10 Tests, jumping to number four in the International Cricket Council rankings since making his debut only a year ago.
And Qadir, who is widely credited for reviving the art of legspin, says Yasir will be the major difference between Pakistan and England in the Test encounters starting October 13.

Yasir has been incredible since making his Test debut. His 61 wickets are 11 more than any other player since he debuted. His average (24.81) is fifth best among bowlers with a minimum of 15 wickets and his strike rate (48.1) is sixth best. No bowler has more five-wicket hauls. Given England's historical problems with spin, there is no doubt he has the potential to carve the team up and put up some insane numbers against them.

The real concerning thing for me, is that other than Cook and Root, all the other English batsman have serious questions marks around them. Whomever opens with Cook is going to be under tremendous pressure, Bell has been useless for the last 2 years, Bairstow failed in his first go round in Test cricket and got a good working over by the Aussies this summer, Buttler looked exhausted and couldn't buy a run against the old enemy, and Stokes is the epitome of hit and miss.
