West Indies Cricket is Now Officially Dead

Let me say, straight up, that I am a lifelong supporter of West Indies cricket. I cannot think of a reason to ever withdraw my support from the West Indies. The Windies represent us. They are a part of who we are. They are a part of me. So, you know exactly how I feel when I saw the recent results against Bangladesh.

al of that may be true..I don't know this poster and cant tell one way or the other. but giving him the benefit of the doubt..

but dat being so leads to the question " where was this poster when W Cameron became president of the WICB and proceeded tp steal the cricket and places its revenues at the disposal of the bureaucracy he built up to run the game in the region?"

well here we are and the cricket is stolen. all the best players have been driven out..rates and standards have been set for selection to the west indies team that eliminates all but the lackeys..those are prepared to bow down to the cricket bureau and obediently do as they are told and accept without murmur whatever they are paid

I mean even the name of west indies cricket has been changed. what that does is break or dilute the connection with the fan abd make it easier for Skameron and his cohort to rip the game off

I cud say I ent done with west indies cricket..that I still like the west indian game even if I am done with the cricket administration of the west indies. but that wont be true. the west indian cricket game is now a shit game about which there is nothing to like. all levels of he west indiana gane is now crap like the administration that runs the game in the whole regio, the west indian cricket Hegemon... the CWI

what do I care..why shud I still care? the game has been ripped off and no one cares. am I supposed to love that crap game just because it is west indian?

I dont. the game is now poison. selection is sick and based on criteria in which obedience to the XWI is first #1..not talent and skill. the best players are out and only crappy players are selected. west indies gets beat everywhere and the CWI dont give a fuck..as long as there are revenues to plunder. that is all they are interested in

you can have west indies cricket man..take my share and add to yours so you have a bigger piece. but I don't wat that crap., I gave it up and will have nutten to do with again..unless things change for the better

anyway..wat I see is that generations have passed and the current generations that dominate do not care that much about cricket..not like back in the day when all man were into the game and the authorities had to be careful what they did in the game

these days the yute have all kinds of options and just about all of them pay more than cricket pays..carry a lot more potential for personal advancement and money than the pittance the CWI pays. even the forrin ODI and T20 games pay more so the players prefer to go there than to waste time with west indies cricket

most of the senior players gave up on west indies cricket play only where/when there is the chance to earn lot of money playing for the west indies. they make no sacrifices for the west indies and they are totally right in that: look for self period or the west indies would suck them dry

the case is clear! there is no need to be loyal to west indies cricket. west indies cricket itself is not loyal to the fan and wont reward any unflinching loyal support by west indians. and as I said west indians don't care anyway. they look elsewhere now for what they used to get from the cricket
